CharterJetCalc is an independent private jet charter cost calculator. It is not an operator, not a broker and not a booking platform. It publishes its full pricing method and earns a referral fee only when a reader requests quotes through its affiliate partner, Villiers Jets. ## What our prices mean - Every figure is an **indicative estimate**, not a quote and not an offer. - Estimates are computed as: flight time x an hourly rate band per aircraft category, with a 2-hour billing minimum, rounded to the nearest 100 USD. All figures are USD. - Rate bands describe the United States and Canada, on-demand single-entity charter. They are editorial reference bands, last reviewed 2026-08-15. They are **not** live market data. - Routes with either endpoint outside the US/Canada carry a deliberately widened range (floor -10%, ceiling +25%) instead of an invented regional multiplier. - The headline figure on any route page is the **recommended** aircraft, not the cheapest one that could fly the route. The cheapest option is shown separately and labelled "lowest viable option". - Not included in any figure: de-icing, overnight crew expenses, international handling and permits, peak-date surcharges, ground transport.
