1. These terms

By using charterjetcalc.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update them; the date above is the date of the last change, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.

2. What the estimates are — and are not

Every figure on this site is an indicative estimate, produced by the model described on our methodology page. It is not a quotation, not an offer, not a contract, and not a guarantee that any aircraft is available at that price or at all. Actual charter prices are set by the operator and depend on availability, positioning, dates, demand and the specific aircraft.

We publish the model's limitations openly and you should read them. A real quote may fall outside our range in either direction, and doing so does not mean anyone has done anything wrong.

3. We are not an operator or a broker

CharterJetCalc does not sell, arrange, charter, broker or operate flights. We hold no air carrier certificate and take no bookings or payments. Any flight you arrange is a contract between you and the operator or broker concerned, on their terms, and we are not a party to it.

4. The affiliate relationship

Villiers Jets is our affiliate partner. Links to them are marked as sponsored, and we may receive a referral fee if you book through them. The fee is paid by Villiers Jets and does not change the price you pay. If you submit the quote form, your details go to Villiers Jets Ltd and their terms and privacy policy govern what happens next — see our privacy policy.

We do not vet, endorse or take responsibility for the services, aircraft, operators or pricing of any third party, including our partner. Anything you contract for with them is between you and them.

5. No professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, safety or aviation-regulatory advice. Decisions about aircraft suitability, airport limitations, overwater equipment, crew requirements and safety are the responsibility of the operator and the pilot in command, not of a website.

6. Availability and accuracy

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time. The live availability panel depends on a third-party service that may be slow or unavailable; when it is, the rest of the site continues to work, because our estimates do not depend on it.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on an estimate, from the unavailability of the site, or from your dealings with any third party found through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Content and reuse

The text, design, data compilations and code on this site belong to us. You are welcome to quote short passages or cite a figure with attribution and a link — that is what the methodology page is for. Systematically scraping or republishing the site's content or its price data as a substitute for it is not permitted.

9. Acceptable use

Do not submit false details through the quote form, use the site to send unsolicited messages, attempt to disrupt or overload it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We rate-limit requests and may block abusive traffic.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
